By accessing the Sarayu Hospitality website (sarayuhospitality.com), inquiring about accommodation, or confirming a booking with our host desk, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please contact our host team before confirming your reservation.

2. Booking Inquiries & Confirmations

All reservations for our curated havelis, courtyard suites, and private residences are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon issuance of an official confirmation invoice or written acknowledgment from Sarayu Hospitality.

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to seasonal variations, festivals, and specific occupancy requirements. Exact rates are verified and agreed upon prior to final payment.

3. Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Conduct

• Government Identification: In accordance with local Indian tourism and police regulations, all adult guests must present valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License) at check-in.
• Heritage Property Care: Our accommodations are historic havelis and curated residences. Guests are expected to treat the architecture, antique furnishings, and neighboring communities with care and respect.
• Standard Timings: Standard check-in is typically from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and availability.

4. Experiences, Tours & Partner Services

Sarayu coordinates private boat rides, local chauffeur transfers, and guided walking trails through verified independent local partners. While we exercise rigorous due diligence in selecting our partners, Sarayu Hospitality is not liable for personal property loss or unforeseen schedule changes caused by severe weather, lake water regulations, or temple authorities.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the specific property, season, and rate type chosen. Specific cancellation policies will be transparently shared in writing before your booking is finalized. In the event of government-mandated travel restrictions, we provide flexible rescheduling options wherever possible.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
